Elementary bannerOur Girls on the Run team is having a great season so far! Last Thursday, we talked about healthy habits and how it is important to keep good balance with nutrition, exercise, and staying emotionally healthy.

To talk more about how to get stronger and getting healthy, we invited fitness coach Renee Eades owner of RealFit. She showed the girls some exercises they can do and proper form and techniques. She also made a calendar for the girls with healthy challenges for each day until the end of the season. Thanks to Coach Renee for coming to help!
