Career education is still going strong in our elementary school.
This week, second grade students learned about careers in Agriculture from our very own high school agriculture teacher and FFA sponsor, Mr. Kurtz! Students learned how farmers influence an abundance of jobs and the importance of each one. Students gained an understanding of how truck drivers, wholesalers, packaging, and marketing all tie together to create multiple jobs found in the career path Natural Resources and Agriculture.
