Career education is a high priority at West Platte. Today marks the 2nd annual 5th grade Career Fair, hosted by our elementary school counselor, Mrs. Kelley. Over 24 different careers were showcased. Some examples include: Nursing/Physician, Forensic Interviewer, Mortician, Heavy Equipment Operator, Lawyer, Realtor and a Pilot.
Mrs. Kelley wants to thank everyone who participated in today's career fair as well as the 5th grade teachers for helping coordinate this amazing event.
