Students were recognized last week at the Character Assembly for showing "Compassion" during the month of December. The food service director, OPAA cooks, Katrina Stephens, Pam Smither, Fancy Smith, and Beth McPherson received flowers and cookies made by the students for their kindness and compassion to West Platte.
We also had 2 seniors from the Trading Card program talk to our students about not doing drugs or alcohol: Noah Johnson and Cole Vandel.
